crystal tower

Second try at embroidery as a hobby, this time just jumping into stitching one of my favourite in-game scene:

Based on the ugliest sketch and absolute blind faith that the fricxion pen will disappear when ironed…I (substantially) finished the crystal tower portion of what’s suppose to be a Lakeland/Crystarium embroidery (6” hoop). I'll blame the fact that Elidibus is messing with the tower geometry to pass time being trapped inside for the differences with the in-game model.

So far my thoughts are:

• Hand embroidery is plainly a labor of love
• It’s real hard to be in an ergonomic posture

I should save any reference images I find because there’s no guarantee Google will throw the same one at me time and time again.
