The Strangers

Flight time is good reading time, except when there is a lot of turbulence. Then I just close my eyes and eavesdrop on the conversation in the row behind me where one guy is a physics PhD student talking about his ion plasma research, actually super interesting. Apparently his thesis is about it being more viable than fusion reactors.

But I digress.

This book is about...family? motherhood? intergenerational trauma? reconnecting with your cultural identity? I have no deep thoughts nor any quotations to share. I do like the format of the book with the 4 narrators. It reminds me a little bit of One Hundred Years of Solitude.
