zest

Impromptu new years resolution is to document more of what I cook, I slacked on this a lot since forth year started.

So today's food diary:

Israeli style hummus, so good with liberal sprinkling of sumac on top

My goal is to find many ways to use tahini. Made a smoothie yesterday with it, photos to follow next time.

steel cut oats / cornbread

Both will  be breakfast staples for a while.

Sidenote: my camera somehow doesn't know how to white balance when it's cloudy outside. I can't even tell whether its too warm or cool and is having a hard time colour balancing.
