Leftover BBQ corn and sweet potato with oh-so-creamy scramble eggs (gordon ramsay style) and tomatoes.
I never realized how much more creamy and delicious scrambled eggs are when you make it with butter and not vegetable oil. Turned out quite nicely, gonna be sticking to this style from now on~
