The last of my cooking projects: skillet pizza, truly fool-proof and delicious, thank you yet again Food Lab.

sorry for photo quality, was running out of memory card space and battery

Tips from my friend:

  • lots and lots of oil (just pour in double of what you think you need, very little is actually absorbed and you'll want the crunchy crust)
  • very hot oven, as high as your oven goes
My only addition is that every pizza should have sesame crust.
