It's very pleasant spending an hour or so just drinking tea.

 The last of the DHP that I bought with my teapot.

My brews are still rather inconsistent.
The first infusion was surprisingly rough tasting, given that brewing in a clay pot is suppose to soften the texture. In contrast, the second infusion was extremely creamy and smooth feeling. The subsequent brews remained smooth, and the characteristic (at least to me) 岩茶 taste came out along with sweetness.

I finally took a satisfactory photo of the tea leaves inside the pot:

Here you can clearly see the red edges that's unique to oolong teas.
