brown?

It was again my turn to cook brunch, this time I made a variation of this recipe: Potato hash with baked eggs.

yeah...as you can see, it didn't exactly worked out.
The taste was alright, pretty good for only salt and pepper haha. The appearance..hahah, ew. I added the eggs to the wok, which solidified it. So I cracked another egg and poured it into the loaf pan hoping it would bing everything together (which obviously failed). Then the potatoes didn't really brown... I stir fried it at the beginning, nothing really happened. Baking it didn't help either, boo. So in the end..it's sorta a pile of vegitable chunks plus egg.
