magic in a bowl

I was pleasantly surprised to find this while heating up my lunch:



My leftover soup from dinner has turned from a liquid to a jello-y substance.

    That's kinda interesting. I need to find a scientific explanation for this... or maybe you just have gelatin powder in your soup.. for some reason..
