summer

This was triggered by a couple old favourite songs coming up while music was on shuffle:

It just dawned upon me that the lifestyle I want may be more difficult than I've previously thought. On one hand, there's the freedom and excited of discovering new places. On the other hand, where is home? 

To which the Architecture of Happiness answers: what we call a home is merely any place that succeeds in making more consistently available to us the important truths which the wider world ignores, or which our own distracted and irresolute selves have trouble holding onto.
(Thought I previously posted about this quotation & book before, but couldn't find).
