Loosely based on this recipe.
It tasted a little bland, but the wonderful texture made up for it. Crunchy celery and onion mixed with soft stir-fired pepper (too lazy to roast 'em) is just oh so awesome. Vinaigrette wise, a little too much evoo, bit more dijon mustard would be nice too.
