but they are delicious :]
Yesterday, I baked a batch of Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookies (recipe found in soompi). At first I though I totally messed up as the butter and brown sugar didn't cream together...
looks disgusting...
but as I mixed some more and added the dry ingredients
much better.
ready for the oven! They still look like ugly formless blobs. I think the batter was too thin as I used liquid brown sugar instead of solid ones.
and out of the oven!
They are the MOST velvety cookies ever. The texture is so dense and soft...like a cake's. The tablespoon of instant coffee powder does wonders to the taste. Yummm.
